Axis Development Bank Ltd, a national level development bank established under Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 2063.
Axis Development Bank Ltd. formed by merging Pashupati Development Bank Limited, Banepa, Kavre established in 2004 and Udhyam Bikas Bank Limited., Narayangarh, Chitwan established in 1999 started its operation as a National Level Development Bank from 13th July, 2012.

The bank has established its Corporate office cum Main Branch at Hattisar, Kathmandu which commenced its business operation from 16th October, 2012. At present the bank has been rendering its services through 10 branches (Banepa, Pokhara, Gaighat, Sindhuli, Itahari, Hetauda & Narayangarh, Tandi, Khurkhure & Parbatipur of Chitwan.) across the nation.
