Peacock Guest House is situated in a building dedicated to Newari style using typical Newari Dachi appabricks, combined with wood carved windows which were originally built in the 15th century. This building is listed as one of the World Heritage Buildings of Bhaktapur. The Peacock window, which the Dattatreya Square is famour for, is in the same building as the guest house and hence the name.
At Peacock Guest House, we have rooms for a single traveler, a couple, a couple and a child or a friend, a family with three children, and two attached rooms that can accommodate 8 adults.
We thrive on making your experience in Nepal the best. Located at one of the best places in Bhaktapur, with local travel routes to all major parts of Nepal, the guest house provides all services related to your travel plans and shopping for hand-carved wooden items and other artefacts.
We assure you great quality and personal attention. We believe in “Atithi Devo Bhawa” which means “Guest is GOD” in Sanskrit.
So come and experience the 15th Century Ambiance and feel relieved to have chosen the right place for your stay.
