Many people come to Nepal to experience the beauty and magic of trekking in the Himalayas. Too often however the combination of grueling trekking schedules and greasy food take their toll on the body, making it difficult for them to fully enjoy the experience.

As experienced trekking guides and yoga practitioners we wanted to offer people a better way to experience some of the world’s most breathtaking scenery. After much experimenting and exploration on how to integrate trekking and yoga we found a winning formula. Our yoga treks have been carefully designed to combine the best elements of each. We provide a gentle trekking schedule, healthy yogic food, exercises to stretch muscles and ease breathing, en route massages and time to relax, reflect and enjoy the location.

Our expertise in both trekking and yoga means that we are able to vary the treks to meet your interests and abilities. We can provide gentle stretches to avoid muscle strain through to full yoga and meditation classes. The latter will help to connect your body and mind with nature. We have designed the treks so you can enjoy both the journey and the destination.
