Siddhakali Power (P.) Ltd. is a limited liability private hydropower company establised on 2006 under the Company Act 2063 of Nepal. The Company is devoted to develop, construct and operate hydropower projects in Nepal. The main aim of the company is “Developing Hydropower Projects to Electrify Nepal”.

The Company has a team of higly qualified young professionals that is guided by the eminent leaders of hydrpower and corporate sectors.

At present, the company holds Survey License for two power projects namely:
1.Trishuli Galchhi Hydroelectric Project (75 MW)
2. Lower Chamaliya Hydropower Project ( 20 MW)
Detail Project Report (DPR) of both the projects has been completed and applied for Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). The company has applied for the Survey License of few other projects.
